Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ProspectLoop, [Company address] ("we", "us"). They apply when you use ProspectLoop, our service for running outreach campaigns on LinkedIn. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

ProspectLoop acts on your LinkedIn account on your instructions: it visits profiles, sends connection requests and messages, imports leads and syncs your conversations. It does this from our servers, through a browser session you create by logging in to LinkedIn yourself.

2. LinkedIn risk

LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits third-party tools that automate activity on LinkedIn. Using ProspectLoop may lead LinkedIn to warn you, limit your account, ask you to verify your identity, or restrict or close your account. We reduce that risk with conservative default limits, working hours, random delays and a dedicated IP per account, but we cannot remove it.

You decide whether to use ProspectLoop with your account and you accept this risk. We are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes against your account, and we don't refund fees because of them. ProspectLoop is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use ProspectLoop for business purposes.
• Only connect LinkedIn accounts that belong to you, or that you are authorised to operate.
• Keep your login secure and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ProspectLoop to:

• send spam, harassment or misleading messages, or impersonate anyone;
• contact people who have asked you not to, or ignore an exclusion request;
• break data protection, marketing or anti-spam laws that apply to you;
• resell the service or try to reverse-engineer, overload or break it.

We may suspend accounts that do any of this.

5. Your data and your leads

You own your campaigns, templates and lead lists. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of the people you contact. For that data we act as your processor, and our privacy policy explains how we handle it. We can provide a data processing agreement on request.

6. Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance, per connected LinkedIn account, at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@prospectloop.io; your plan then runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, we may pause your campaigns until it is settled. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

7. Availability

We work to keep ProspectLoop running, but LinkedIn changes its website without notice and some features may stop working for a while as a result. We don't guarantee any number of connections, replies or results.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, and only up to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. In any case our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using ProspectLoop and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. After your account is closed we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

If we change these terms we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using ProspectLoop after that, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.
